Job Summary
Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), the Licensed Practical Nurse delivers efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction. This includes evaluating patients/residents to collect data, observing condition and reporting changes in condition, contributing to nursing assessments and care planning, and supervising and monitoring patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Qualifications
To be successful as a Licensed Practical Nurse at Cranbury Center, you must have:
- A graduate degree from an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
- Maintenance of current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.
