Job Summary:
To monitor the Material Replenishment Systems to ensure it is working as designed by completing transactions accurately and in a timely manner, identifying root causes of inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
Essential Functions:
- Manages daily cycle count program by entering counts, researching discrepancies and reconciling the inventory
- Maintain statistical data of inventory accuracy as well as other designated performance measures
- Be able to identify and root-cause errors that impact inventory accuracy and inhibit Material Replenishment System performance
- Develop and implement preventative measures that will increase the accuracy of our inventory and integrity of our Material Replenishment Systems
- Performs transactions such as Work Order Kitting, Material Issuance Labor Reporting along with transacting Receipt Travelers into Stock
- Review completed Work Orders to ensure Material has been recorded correctly along with performing the necessary research when Material variances exist
- Be an advocate for inventory integrity, champion continuous improvement efforts relative to Transactional Processes and Material Replenishment Systems
- Provide help to the shipping department when needed
- Other responsibilities that may be assigned by the Supervisor
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience working in a lean manufacturing (preferably aerospace, DOD or technical) environment that uses replenishment systems (Kanban, ARM) with pricing, cost management, material planning, etc.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of Kaba. A solid understanding of work orders, inventory, routings, and bill of material. Oracle experience is highly desired.

- Ability to read and procure using source control drawings.
- Demonstrate proficiency with MRP (Oracle preferred) and Microsoft Office.
- Effective interpersonal skills, ability to function as a team member and address conflict constructively.
- Strong communications and customer care skills when interacting with both internal and/or external customers.
- Time Management (handle multiple, high priority issues simultaneously)
- Critical Thinking (using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems).
- Education/Certification: Associate’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or applicable functional discipline.
- Eligibility Requirement: This position may require access to Controlled Data or Information. Where the position requires such access only US Persons will be considered. As a US Department of Defense contractor, we are bound by International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
