Trades Holding Company, LLC is looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Controller to manage and maintain inventory accuracy at our Cleveland, OH location. This role is essential in ensuring our service professionals have the materials they need to perform efficiently each week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate counts of all on-site inventory.
- Conduct daily inventory audits to ensure all items are accounted for.
- Collect and submit receipts for transactions to payroll weekly.
- Prepare and submit required reports to business unit managers.
- Facilitate clear communication with the inventory manager and consignment representatives.
- Ensure service professionals have replenished parts ready at the start of each week.
- Support various business units and initiatives within the Trades umbrella of companies.
- Participate in training programs as required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in inventory control is required.
- Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.

- Proficient with technology, including iPads, Microsoft Office Suite, and ServiceTitan.
