What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute a social media strategy, as well as manage all social media channels to drive online traffic and increase brand awareness, business, and member loyalty.
- Respond to social media questions and comments on behalf of the CU in a timely manner.
- Track, measure and analyze effectiveness of website, social media and online advertisements.
- Lead content marketing efforts. Develop branded content for social media platforms and website, including posts, photos, videos, graphics, news and blogs.
- Produce and edit podcasts and company videos, as needed.
- Monitor key metrics and adjust strategies to ensure continuous improvement.
