What You’ll Do:
As VP of Finance, you’ll be at the heart of our financial operations. You will:
· Develop and implement forward-thinking financial strategies that align with our mission and growth goals.
· Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensuring our decisions are driven by data and insights.
· Manage the financial health of the credit union, including liquidity, investments, and risk management.
What We’re Looking For:
· Experience & Expertise: A proven leader with 8-10 years of similar or related experience.
· Strategic Vision: Strong financial acumen and the ability to develop and implement effective financial strategies.
· Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with credit union operations and regulatory compliance.
· Leadership: Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative leadership style.
· Education: A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications like CPA or an MBA is highly desirable.
