CAD/CAM Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a CAD CAM additive technician and designer to join our team. In this position you will be responsible for creating digital designs for dental restorations using computer-aided design (CAD) software and fabricating these designs using computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) technology. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the designs you create are precise, functional, and aesthetically pleasing.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Use specialized CAD software to create digital designs for dental restorations.
• Ensure that designs are accurate and functional.
• Collaborate with manager to create customized designs that meet patient needs and preferences
• Fabricate dental restorations using CAM technology, such as 3D printing, milling machines, and other specialized equipment
• Maintain and troubleshoot CAD and CAM equipment as needed
• Keep detailed records of design and fabrication processes.
• Follow strict quality control procedures to ensure that all products meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy
• Comply with all relevant health and safety regulations and guidelines

Qualifications:

• Experience with CAD software and 3D printing or milling machines
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other dental professionals
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of dental anatomy and terminology a plus but not required
• No experience, we will train

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
