We are a family-oriented Midwest and East coast based company; with locations in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. As a result of our growth, we have a need for an Account Manager (CRP).
The Account Manager will be responsible for new and existing accounts in the industrial, food and beverage, municipal, and institutional markets producing value added sales for Crane s corrosion resistant products and services. This involves sales and implementation of industrial flooring, tank lining, and tank coatings.

Sales of corrosion resistant products / services requiring site visits, estimating and quoting of projects, product specification, and management of project installations.
Develops, implements and maintains a yearly sales plan. Documents account activities, generates reports and keeps records of business transactions with customers, suppliers and sub-contractors.
Researches and identifies prospective customers within product market. Contacts prospects to secure appointments to promote corrosion resistant product services.
Maintains contact with current and potential customers to quickly identify and resolve issues.
Works within specified sales guidelines and Crane policies to meet annual sales forecast.
Requirements :
What We Need From You
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 1 year related sales experience and / or training
Experience with industrial flooring / lining, concrete repair, project management work preferred
Ability to plan and to develop accounts
Ability to probe, listen, uncover customer needs and determine customer criteria
Ability to negotiate and value sell
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong management skills focusing on responsiveness and meeting customer needs
A valid driver s license
