You will be responsible for : Creating, tracking, and resolving IT trouble tickets (Level I / II)Windows Desktop supportActive Directory Level I / II support (Access Controls, Group Membership, Security)Microsoft Exchange Level I / II support (add, manage, remove mail users)Experience with Microsoft 365 support including Microsoft Teams callingFile & Print Server support / troubleshootingSoftware repository management and deployment (Windows Deployment Services)Hardware deployment of computers, printers etcGeneral workstation troubleshootingThird party application supportMaintain a register of IT assetsDevelop, maintain, and organize system administrator technical documentationManage site network cabling / patchingParticipate in IT ProjectsDeliver end user technical training where requiredProvide absence cover for other site-based IT team membersWHO WE’RE LOOKING FORAn IT professional who possesses a strong understanding of end point hardware and application support by providing excellent customer service and troubleshooting skills.
