- Please note: This is a hybrid position with expectations that you will be at our Malvern site 2 days per week (Tuesday and Wednesday)

Responsibilities
- Execute screening, interviewing, assessing, and selection for all assigned positions throughout our 3 main US sites in PA, SC and IL.
- Develop and implement creative and non-traditional sourcing strategies for open positions including: research, networking, social media, memberships, schools and organization affiliations.
- Partner with and coach hiring managers on the best recruiting practices and policies, and provide guidance, support, and recommendations on candidates to interview.
- Partner with BU HR Directors and Site HR Managers in the evaluation of our screening, hiring, and on-boarding processes for inconsistencies and gaps identified for continual process improvements. Conduct research and develop strategies for best practices and process improvements.

Qualifications And Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8 years of in-house/corporate recruitment experience, with a minimum of 2 years of recent technical recruitment experience focusing on skill sets such as engineering (mechanical/electrical/manufacturing - Not IT) and commercial (sales/product management).
- Experience sourcing candidates via online resume databases and applicant tracking systems required – we currently use LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and Taleo.
- Demonstrate a professional, articulate and self-motivated demeanor with strategic problem solving, analytical, and communication (written and verbal) skills with the ability to influence.
- Self-motivated with ability to establish and sustain strong internal customer relationships and external candidate relationships, effectively balancing the needs of each.
