GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Director of Client Solutions is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of Client onboarding for complex client solutions and implementations globally. This role ensures that client solutions are effectively designed, integrated, and executed across multiple regions, meeting performance, cost, and service expectations.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Assesses business needs and evaluates existing systems to determine appropriate integrated solutions.
- Prepares specifications for use in the development process.
- Oversee compliance with all related company policies and other regulatory requirements associated with the project.
- Develops Standard Operating Procedures and directs training of the implementation team and staff on requirements.
- Develop and execute global implementation strategies to support business growth and client success. Align with the company's overall objectives and operational goals.
- Oversee the seamless integration of new clients into the company's logistics network, ensuring tailored supply chain solutions that meet client requirements.
- Implement standardized global best practices, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all implementation projects.
- Partner with sales, operations, IT, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of client implementations.
- Ensure all implementations adhere to regulatory, compliance, and contractual obligations across various global markets.
- Ensure Client solutions meet established key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of implementations, ensuring continuous improvement and reporting progress to executive leadership.
- Leverage technology to streamline implementation processes, enhance visibility, and improve customer experience.
- Serve as a key point of contact for customers during the implementation phase, ensuring a seamless transition and long-term success.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing global solution design team to drive efficiency and innovation.

OTHER SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, global implementation projects within a 3PL environment.
- Strong understanding of supply chain technologies, transportation management systems (TMS), and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Experience working with diverse cultures and understanding international trade regulations is a plus.
- Experienced in all areas of transportation, logistics and supply chain operations.
- Proficient in project management methodologies with a focus on developing solution driven strategy plans to achieve goals, implementing business requirements analysis and testing processes, and identifying timeline constraints, and risks.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum 7 years IT experience, including application development, IT project management and supervision of technology systems.
- Minimum 3 years supervisory or managerial experience required.
CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES
- Professional certification may be required in some areas
