Essential Job Functions
- Manage and oversee time-critical shipments, including air, ground, and expedited freight.
- Provide real-time tracking and proactive updates to customers and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with airlines, trucking companies, and logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery.
- Ensure shipments go straight from pickup to delivery without transfers, minimizing handling and transit time.
- Develop contingency plans for delays and resolve transport-related issues quickly.
- Work closely with sales, operations, and customer service teams to meet client demands.
- Negotiate pricing and service levels with carriers and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with international and domestic shipping regulations.
- Analyze performance data and implement process improvements for efficiency.
- Provide 24/7 support for urgent shipments when required.
- Other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with NFO (Next Flight Out), OBC (On-Board Courier), and AOG (Aircraft on Ground) shipments.
- Familiarity with hazmat or temperature-controlled logistics.
- Multilingual abilities (a plus for international shipments).

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in logistics software and tracking tools.
- Knowledge of customs regulations and airline routing.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years related experience.
- Minimum 3 years industry experience preferred.
