Responsibilities:
- Assess business needs in complex and evolving situations, structuring operational frameworks that align with Index’s strategic objectives and business goals.
- Conduct detailed evaluations of operational processes and systems using observations, data reports, and stakeholder interviews to uncover inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Identify and propose process enhancements to streamline operations, improve productivity, and enhance overall business performance.
- Take full ownership of operational improvements by defining project scope, establishing clear timelines, and delivering high-quality outputs.
- Develop polished, data-driven reports, presentations, and dashboards with compelling visualizations to support recommendations and decision-making.
- Partner with the Index Technology team to coordinate release management activities and ensure smooth deployment of platform enhancements.
- Create impact assessments to evaluate how projects affect end-users and develop comprehensive change management plans to drive successful adoption.
- Proactively identify potential challenges to change initiatives, address stakeholder concerns, and foster open communication to support a seamless transition.
- Develop structured communication plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, and training materials to ensure effective change implementation across all levels of the organization.
- Collaborate closely with the Program Management Office to prioritize recommendations, ensure seamless project execution, and embed change management into broader project plans.
- Minimum of 5 years in operations analysis, professional services, or a similar field.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business, Finance, Operations, or a similar discipline.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, facilitate cross-functional coordination, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
- Great attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality, accurate, and data-driven deliverables.
