Requirements for Assistant Director of Nursing/Staff Development Coordinator:
- RN or LPN in state of Massachusetts
- SDC experience preferred
Job Duties for Assistant Director of Nursing/Staff Development Coordinator::
- Dementia training and policy and procedures
- Conducts the facility new hire orientation process
- Teaches and facilitates Nurse Aide Training Program
- Participates in the facility Quality assurance process
- Maintains staff licensure, certification, physicals and immunization for compliance
- Collecting necessary mandatory education related to fire safety
