We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Client Services Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support our client services department by providing administrative and organizational assistance to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates effectively, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Job Duties Include:
- Receives new assignments from clients.
- Schedules unit for auction after all necessary paperwork has been obtained from the client.
- Communicates directly with client on status of auctions, updates online records for assigned clients and communicates any special circumstances and condition of the unit to the client.
- Communicates with other internal CrankyApe.com departments and locations, as needed, to maintain client expectations.
- Manages overall client relationship and facilitates appropriate client relation activities and communication.
- Contributes to department goals, objectives, and processes to exceed expectations of all stakeholders.
- Provides backup and support to other Client Service Representatives, as needed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
- Accurately input and maintain data in company systems & databases.
Requirements
- College degree preferred but not required.
- 2 years experience in customer service or sales role preferred.
- Experienced with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required.
- Ability to communicate effectively via oral or written means and in a professional manner.
- Able to multi-task and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Able to make decisions in a timely manner and with a sense of urgency.
- Must have strong leadership qualities.
- Dependable, team player with a customer service mentality.
Hours of Operation
- Full-time
- Monday through Friday from 8:30AM to 5:00PM at our Hastings, MN corporate office
- Occasional overtime as needed
