REPOSSESSION CASE MANAGER
Matrix, a division of Midwest Recreational Clearinghouse, LLC is looking to hire a remote full-time Repossession Case Manager. The team member will handle a variety of duties, such as skip tracing & forwarding, researching recovery data bases, and communicating with clients and repossession agents, to name a few. Job Duties Include:
- Researching property ownership using different programs.
- Taking inbound and outbound calls from agents and clients.
- Loading collateral information into ICP for Dispatch and Client Services to coordinate transportation to company warehouses.
- Managing accounts by reviewing and updating notes.
- Creating a condition report of the repossession.
- Checking on units in storage.
- Sending account information to the Client Service’s team for transport.
- Handling new account by updating statuses, getting quotes, and assigning preferred agents.
- Utilizing RDN (Recovery Database Network) and other recovery software, Skip Tracing, and performing 3rd party collections.
- Invoicing clients for fees owed and paying repossession agents.
- Performing other related duties as assigned or requested.
Requirements
- Previous skip tracing/forwarding experience in a repossession environment.
- Proficient using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Ability to copy/paste in a word doc, emailing, and extensive phone skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required.
- Ability to communicate effectively via oral or written means.
- Able to organize, multi-task and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Able to make decisions in a timely manner and with a sense of urgency.
- Dependable, professional, team player with a customer service mentality.
- You must reside in the contiguous United States in one of the states mentioned above.
- High school diploma or GED required. College degree preferred.
Preferred
- Bilingual/Spanish speaking preferred.
Hours of Operation
- Full-time, Remote
- Monday through Friday from 8:30AM to 5:00PM
