CrankyApe.com is searching for an outstanding candidate to join our staff as a Titling Specialist at our Hastings, MN location! We will 100% train the selected candidate.
The main role of this position is to process client title work in order to prepare CrankyApe inventory for sale, but more importantly this job focuses on Client Relations and taking care of our business partners. We are searching for a person that has a great personality, a “can-do” attitude, a superior work ethic, and is wanting to learn new skills and apply them in order to achieve both personal and company goals. The position is based at our corporate facility and is not a remote position.
Job Duties Include
The Titling Coordinator position focuses on:
- Check voicemails, emails, and faxes
- Researching, processing, scanning, and filing paperwork.
- Fill out title work, transfer titles, and mail out titles.
- Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels.
- Procures titles from insured customers and banks.
- Coordinates application process for necessary title work for the legal sale of client units on auction.
- Performs title work for units throughout the contiguous United States.
- Verifies accuracy of transferred title upon receipt from state. Rectifies and issues, as necessary.
- Performing all other duties as assigned or requested
Requirements
- Willingness to learn, we will train
- Associate degree or higher preferred but not required
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Logical, analytical thinker
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication via oral or written means.
- Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to make decisions in a timely manner and with a sense of urgency
- Dependable, team player with a customer service mentality.
Hours of Operation
- Full-time
- Monday through Friday from 8:30AM to 5:00PM
- Occasional overtime as needed
