Responsibilities
- In this position, your responsibilities are receiving and enter the parts as received in our management software. Making sure all parts are tagged with the job number. Follows up with parts department on all back-ordered parts.
Turns in all parts slips signed received with the job number attached to the front office.
Responsible for stocking of parts received and notifies the shop manager when all parts are received and of any back ordered parts.
Mirror matches all parts to the damaged vehicle to ensure the received part is the correct part ordered.
Collaborate with shop management to forecast parts needed based on upcoming jobs and customer demand Collects all parts received and delivers to the body tech assigned to the job.
Collects all parts that are marked for return and call parts vender for pick up. Return parts to vender have them sign a returned parts slip and turn to office.
Collect all cores and call the vender for pickup have the vender pick up for credit have them sign a credit return slip upon pick up turn the slip in the office for credit.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
