Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with planting, cloning, defoliation, and overall care of cannabis plants
- Monitor plant health and report any issues
- Follow all cultivation protocols to ensure high-quality cannabis production
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of grow areas
- Work collaboratively with the cultivation team to achieve production goals
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Passionate about the cannabis industry
- A positive, upbeat attitude and the ability to work well in a team
- Reliable with strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Must be able to work in a physically demanding environment (lifting, bending, standing for long periods)
