Cultivation Technicians work together with their TEAM to assist with all aspects of
operations, under the direct oversite of their Cultivation Manager. This TEAM maintains overall plant health throughout mature life stages of the plants, from Veg to Flower based on various work instructions, processes, and techniques performed as a part of daily routine operations for producing perpetual plant growth.
As a Cultivation Technician TEAM Member, you will:
Transplant new clones and set up in veg stage
De-leaf plants, begin shaping, remove waste, and weigh & track any waste.
Prep Veg room for irrigation supply hoses, plants, covers, and Metrc tags
Transfer plants from Veg to Flower rooms.
Perform plant maintenance at various stages of the flower cycle to ensure
successful and bountiful harvests.
Harvest, Metrc tag, and prep plants for dry and cure stages of the process.
Maintain, document, and report environmental conditions such as relative
humidity, temperature, air flow, and air filtration.
Ensure cleanliness by reporting mold and contamination issues, and removing
plant waste from benches and floors.
Support plant maintenance throughout its life cycle by assisting the Cultivation
Manager in adjusting plant maintenance schedules, adhering to plant de-leafing
schedules, installing trellis netting in the allotted time frame, correcting and
completing missed or incomplete tasks, giving feedback and improving
processes, reinforcing process standards during harvest and repopulation
events, and reporting any plant health issues.
Lead harvest operations and assign TEAM Member roles.
Plan and prepare for harvest and repopulation events the day before.
Train new hires according to set standards and SOPs.
Provide feedback on TEAM Member progress as they move through the
business.
Motivate your TEAM to meet deadlines and accomplish goals set by the
production schedule.
Reinforce clarity regarding workplace standards and conduct through the use of
Coaching Forms and TEAM Member Notifications.
Report challenges to the Cultivation Manager.
Follow reasonable requests from management.
Clean all work areas involved, e.g., sweeping, dusting, mopping, and sanitizing
work surfaces and common spaces. TEAM members MUST prioritize
Cleanliness and Organization.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The physical demands described here represent those that must be met by
a TEAM Member to perform the essential functions of this job successfully.
The TEAM Member must have the ability to lift 50-65 pounds and maneuver between grow room tables.
POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
This position is full-time hourly. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through
Sunday, 7:00 a.m. through 3:30 p.m. (Hours are subject to change), depending on the schedule. Overtime is sometimes required during the week or weekends.
AGE REQUIREMENT
Must be 21 years of age (State Requirement)
COMPENSATION
Starting at $20.00 per hour
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
· Basic math skills.
· High school Diploma
· Bilingual Spanish-English Speaking.
· Metrc experience
