Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Call/ Text accounts each day for their orders
- Answering phones
- Invoice all orders in Quickbooks
- Accounts receivable
- Prepping orders for delivery
- Order specialty products
- Maintain an organized office space
- Light cleaning duties performed each week
- Consistently deliver beyond expectation customer service.
Qualifications:

- Enjoy True Specialty Coffee
- Must be able to lift up to 35lbs
- Quickbooks experience desired but willing to train
- Must be able to perform basic computer tasks (email/word processing).
- Must have extremely good time management and cash handling skills
This position is between 20-30 hours per week, but extra work is available for more hours if needed. Hours are Monday through Thursday, 7:30am-2pm. Wage starts at $19/hour with an increase after 90 days.
