Overview
We are seeking a part-time dependable, detail and customer oriented, server for our kitchen/bartender for the taproom.
Crawford Brew Works is a micro-brewery, kitchen, and taproom located in the heart of Bettendorf, Iowa. The taproom occupies 3500-sq. ft. of space on Devils Glen Road, near the intersection of Tanglefoot Lane. We brew your favorite craft beers, seasonal items, and some brews you might never expect. This is a perfect brewery to come grab a pint with friends or family. Our brewery opened in 2018 and has proudly served our community since!
Responsibilities
- Provide efficient, accurate and customer friendly table service for Crawford Kitchen
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes
- Engage with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Process transactions accurately using point of sale and handle cash responsibly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other bartenders to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.
- Participate, as needed, in special events such as catering functions or public events as required.
Skills
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements.
- Excellent customer service skills to create positive interactions with guests.
- Previous bartending and server experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of brewing techniques and craft beer a plus.
- A background in hospitality will enhance your ability to provide exceptional service.
