At Crawford & Company, we are seeking a skilled Data Reporting Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our RMIS, Reporting and Strategic Outcomes Team, you will be responsible for providing internal and external client reports and data to meet regulatory compliance and customer needs.
This is a complex role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You will work collaboratively with the team to design and produce reports, complete reporting assignments accurately and on time, and provide superior client support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Report Design and Development: Collaborate with the RMIS, Reporting and Strategic Outcomes Team to design and develop reports that meet customer needs.
- Reporting Assignments: Complete reporting assignments accurately and on time, including custom data projects.
- Client Support: Provide superior client support for data questions and requests.
- Product Requirements: Support the RMIS, Reporting and Strategic Outcomes Team in product requirement, design, and testing activities.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: 4-year college degree desired or equivalent in related work experience.
- Professional Designations: CPCU, ARM, AIC, CEBS or similar professional designation preferred.
- Work Experience: 5 or more years of previous directly related professional work experience, preferably in technical RMIS, report design & development, data services.
- Technical Skills: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Broadspires RMIS, applicable legacy systems, and report writers.
