What are the responsibilities and job description for the Children's Case Manager position at Crawford County Mental Health Center?
Crawford County Mental Health Center is taking applications for a full-time Children's Case Manager. This position provides support services to children who are severely emotionally disturbed, providing both case management and psychosocial groups. Working in a school setting will be a big part in this position.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human services field and/or relevant experience may be substituted for degree requirement
- Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to move freely around the community
- Must have the ability to support families and engage in collaborative partnerships with system providers
- Must be able to meet productivity standards and documentation requirements
Salary and benefits package starting at $40,000. Benefits package includes participation in KPERS Retirement System, paid sick and vacation, as well as health, dental, and life insurance.
