Qualifications
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or medical receptionist is a plus but not required.
- Strong computer literacy skills with experience in Google Suite applications.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous.
- Excellent proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for interacting with the public and other officials.
