CRIMINAL JUSTICE PROJECT MANAGER
POSITION SUMMARY
This is a classified position responsible for coordinating and maintaining the Board’s Criminal Justice (CJ) projects. The Project Manager contributes to the achievement of the ADAMH Board’s goals through implementation, monitoring of program administration, evaluation, coordination, and reporting. This position will coordinate projects, i.e., Addiction Treatment Pilot (ATP), Stepping Up, Community
Transition Program (CTP), and other projects, with community partners and stakeholders, be responsible for tracking data for evaluation of projects, and completing reports as needed.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
1. Participate in educational training opportunities to help understand the various elements of the criminal justice projects that the Board is involved with.
2. Coordinate meetings and training sessions with community partners, treatment agencies, and stakeholders.
3. Meet with community partners, treatment agency representatives, stakeholders, and participants as needed. Attend community meetings and provide program education.
4. Gather necessary data for program monitoring and compliance.
5. Collaborate with other professionals for referral regarding necessary assistance for program participants, based on identified need.
6. Monitor program participation to include data collection. Complete reports in a timely manner as required by OhioMHAS, SAMSHA, and other governing bodies as requested.
7. Maintain spreadsheets of project tracking and other documentation needed to ensure program fidelity. Provide written reports to the Board consistently with clear communication of program development.
8. Conduct surveys to evaluate program effectiveness; communicate with the Board regarding potential problems, solutions, and opportunities for improvement.
9. Make recommendations to improve the CJ programs in which the Board participates.
10. Meet with the Executive Director or designee regularly to report progress on CJ projects.

Minimum Requirements
- Associate degree in a behavioral health discipline, public administration, or social work. Bachelors degree preferred.
- Working knowledge of behavioral health and the services available in the community.
- Experience working with the CJ system, i.e., judges, magistrates, probation departments, etc.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid Driver’s license and appropriate automotive insurance.
Note: At the Executive Director’s discretion, the education and experience prerequisites may be excepted where the candidate can demonstrate satisfaction of the Board, an equivalent combination of education and experience specifically preparing the candidate for success in the position.
