Area Director of Sales – Full Time
$80K - $90K (Negotiable) base salary Uncapped Commission & Bonuses

Our client offers premium, members-only workplace solutions. As part of the Local Sales team, you’ll build and manage a book of business, develop target accounts, and work closely with brokers. You’ll be a consultative seller, skilled at relationship-building, and creating revenue opportunities.
Your First 60 Days
Build prospect lists of brokers, influencers, CRE professionals, and local employers. Understand our member base and cultivate relationships with current members. Participate in Design and Sales Tours to experience the brand. Learn our communication tools, value propositions, and deal-closing strategies. Train on brand positioning, products, systems, and sales tools. Work with marketing on messaging and outreach. Collaborate on appointment-setting support for prospects. Begin cold-calling and meeting sales activity goals in Salesforce. Identify immediate needs vs. long-term opportunities. Issue proposals and follow up on business leads. Your First Year: Achieve a quarterly target of 25-50 memberships per month. Identify short-term business needs and long-term relationships. Convert transactions into ongoing account management. Leverage channel partners for new business. Stay informed on market conditions, trends, and prospect opportunities. Serve as the liaison between clients and internal teams. Lead senior sales conversations and manage complex deals. Conduct internal account reviews and create account plans. Additional Opportunities:
You may be assigned additional sales projects by the VP of Sales or SVP of Lab Operations, including renewals and Enterprise outreach. Compensation and expectations will be determined prior to starting.
