SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Our client is committed to helping individuals and families impacted by Autism Spectrum and Behavioral Health disorders to see beyond the diagnosis and discover their brightest future.
They are searching for passionate Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join their team and expand the availability of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy at our newest upcoming centers in Iowa. They maintain reasonable BCBA to client ratios so they are able to conduct ample supervision for their team of 1:1 therapists, while continually updating treatment plans and ensuring that every client receives the best quality therapy.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or sitting for your BCBA exam within the next 2 months are encouraged to apply. Additional experience in the ABA community will be greatly valued and reflected upon.
Role Requirements
Master’s degree from an accredited college or university Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and all applicable licensing Minimum of 1-year experience as a BCBA
