Overview :
We're looking for a Product Manager to lead product planning, development, and innovation in our HVAC Tools category. You'll work with Sales, Engineering, and overseas suppliers to manage product lifecycles, ensure profitability, and expand our product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage projects from concept to final production.
- Maintain development schedules and ensure market-fit features.
- Analyze product trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
- Conduct product teardown analysis for benchmarking.
- Own the product roadmap from launch to retirement.
- Align market needs with manufacturing and operations teams.
- Collaborate with overseas OEMs for sourcing and cost optimization.
- Negotiate supplier agreements and ensure quality compliance.
- Develop training materials and product documentation.
- Proof user guides to reduce customer service issues.
- Work with Engineering to test and refine new and existing products.
- Address and resolve product-related issues with Tech Support and Sales teams.
