About The Role

You’ll focus on market research, data analysis, and product development for HVAC tools. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and overseas suppliers to introduce the right products to the market.
This is an onsite opening in Lyndhurst, NJ.
Key Responsibilities Product Development: Manage projects from concept to production, ensuring features meet market needs. Market Research & Data Analysis: Analyze competitors, pricing, and customer requirements. Prepare market reports. Engineering & Quality Support: Work with Engineering on product specs, testing, and approvals. Address quality issues. Supplier Coordination: Communicate with overseas vendors to manage development schedules and supplier agreements. Sales & Marketing Support: Develop sales materials, product positioning, and training materials. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with Sales, Tech Support, and leadership to resolve product-related issues.
Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Product Management (Advanced degree is a plus). Experience: 2 years in HVAC, home improvement, electronics, or durable goods industry. Technical Skills: Engineering knowledge (degree or equivalent training) and strong data analysis skills. Soft Skills: Team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Language: Bilingual in English and Mandarin (H-1B sponsorship available if applicable). Other Requirements: Understanding of P&L, product distribution, and new product development. Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a multi-cultural environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Travel required (about 20%).

Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
