Position Summary
As a Civil Site Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in land development projects, including: Preparing due diligence reports. Producing schematic and construction plans. Designing stormwater drainage systems and utility calculations. We’re seeking a team-oriented professional with experience creating construction documents and drainage reports.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements: Experience Required: 10 years. Degree: BS or MS in Civil Engineering or related field. Licensure: Professional Engineer (PE). Proficiency in AutoCAD design and drafting. Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D. Strong understanding of civil site development design. Familiarity with stormwater calculations and technical reports. Utility design experience (water, sewer systems, etc.). Effective communication and teamwork skills. Knowledge of grading, earthwork calculations, and bid/construction documents. Experience with HEC-RAS Modeling.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $135,000 - $175,000/year (based on education, qualifications, and experience).
