Responsibilities
Duties/Responsibilities Assist in developing and implementing commercialization strategies for new products or services Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate commercialization efforts Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitors Support the development of marketing plans and materials for product launches Monitor and track progress of commercialization initiatives and provide regular updates to stakeholders Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance commercialization efforts Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards throughout the commercialization process Required Skills/Abilities:
Analytical skills to interpret sales data and discuss how to improve the NPD sales process. Process and product coordinate - the ability to manage an extensive project list of at least 5-7 projects at various stages of completion. Strong Excel skills Experience with automated MRP / ERP systems Accurate and attentive to detail. Well-organized, adapts to changing priorities. Ability to execute deadlines and manage projects professionally. Education and Experience: 7-10yrs experience Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Economics, or related field Previous experience in a related role, such as marketing coordinator, product development specialist, or project manager Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and data analysis tools Knowledge of commercialization processes and best practices Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
