Job Responsibilities
Material Procurement and Coordination
Order materials and supplies for projects, aligning with schedules. Monitor inventory and ensure timely deliveries to job sites.
Client and Architect Communication
Serve as the primary liaison between clients, architects, and the construction team. Provide updates, address inquiries, and maintain alignment on project goals.
Subcontractor and Vendor Coordination
Schedule and coordinate on-site subcontractors and vendors. Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
Site Support
Collaborate with site superintendents to address and resolve on-site needs. Conduct periodic site visits to ensure progress aligns with project plans.
Administrative Support
Manage project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and change orders. Utilize Microsoft Office tools to generate reports and track project data.
Team Assistance
Provide general support to the construction team. Maintain organized records and files for all projects. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 2 years in project coordination or administrative roles. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in construction management or related fields is a plus. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with construction software is advantageous. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional interactions. Organization: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
