Job Summary
As an Operations Specialist, you will be a valued member of our Customer Service and Operations teams, contributing to an exceptional experience for both internal and external customers.
Job Responsibilities: Identifying, managing, and growing revenue within existing and new accounts. Assisting the Customer Service Lead in managing and expanding key customer relationships. Owning the overall customer relationship for current and potential new clients. Mastering the order-taking process. Working with Tier 1 ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, Sage). Reviewing order errors and addressing customer complaints. Following company procedures, guidelines, and policies. Assisting in answering phones as needed. Performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: 5–7 years of customer service experience, preferably in a B2B environment. A proven track record in customer service; experience in inside sales is highly preferred. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Industrial background experience is a plus.
