Job Description
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to all guests of the site. Reporting to the Program Manager and receiving guidance from the client's Transportation Management Team, the CSR will thrive in a fast-paced and fun environment. The primary responsibilities of this position include basic traffic control, effective communication of shuttle arrivals, and providing the best commuting options to and from the site. The CSR will ensure a positive experience for all visitors while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure guests are directed to the correct shuttle and provided an ETA as needed.
- Respond to questions related to services.
- Monitor the status of the site and report any safety or performance issues.
- Enforce rider policies and procedures.
- Troubleshoot or communicate shuttle issues in real time.
- Support passengers during irregular operations with directions and timing updates.
