Location: Remote (Eastern and Central Timezone Preferred)
Salary: $65,000-$85,000
Key Responsibilities: Manage and process a high volume of P&C commercial lines submissions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships. Utilize AMS360 to manage client accounts, policies, and submissions effectively. Collaborate with underwriters, agents, and other team members to ensure seamless processing of policies. Review and verify policy documents, endorsements, and certificates of insurance. Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and transactions. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to P&C commercial lines. Qualifications: 3 years of experience as a CSR in P&C commercial lines. Proficiency in AMS360 is mandatory. Strong knowledge of P&C commercial lines products, policies, and procedures. Ability to handle high volumes of submissions efficiently and accurately. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
