They are currently seeking an ERP Specialist to assist in the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of their SAGE ERP system, while also supporting IT backup functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring system reliability, improving workflows, and providing technical support to end-users.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with internal teams to identify and document system requirements and workflows. Provide first-level technical support, troubleshooting ERP-related issues. Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and testing to maintain system performance. Ensure ERP data accuracy through regular validation and cleanup tasks. Create and maintain user manuals, training materials, and documentation for ERP processes. Conduct training sessions for end-users to improve system adoption. Assist in testing and deployment of ERP features supporting various business functions (Production, Purchasing, etc.). Develop and coordinate ERP customization ideas in collaboration with department managers. Support IT backup functions, including basic network troubleshooting.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience working with ERP systems (SAGE preferred). Familiarity with database management or reporting tools is a plus. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
