The EPR Specialist will assist in the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the ERP system (SAGE), while also supporting IT backup functions.
Job Responsibilities

- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and document system requirements and workflows.
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users, resolving ERP-related issues in a timely manner .
- Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and testing to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Maintain ERP data accuracy by performing regular data entry, validation, and cleanup tasks.
- Create and update user manuals, training materials, and documentation for ERP processes.
- Conduct basic training sessions for end-users to improve adoption and effective system use.
- Assist in the testing and deployment of the ERP system to support various business functions (e.g., production and purchasing).
- Develop customization ideas in collaboration with the responsible area managers and coordinate implementation.
- Support IT backup functions, including basic network troubleshooting.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of working experience with ERP systems.
- Familiarity with database management or reporting tools is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
