Estate Planning & Administration Attorney Salary

This role requires a combination of legal proficiency, client-focused service, and leadership skills to manage a caseload effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities: Handle estate planning, trust administration, and probate cases. Provide compassionate and professional legal counsel to clients. Manage a caseload independently while meeting deadlines and quality expectations. Engage in client development and contribute to the firm’s growth. Network and build relationships with centers of influence. Maintain high ethical standards, a positive attitude, and a team-oriented mindset. Qualifications: J.D. degree (Master’s required). Licensed to practice law in Connecticut. Minimum of 2 years of experience in wills, trusts, and estate law. Excellent legal research and writing skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work proactively, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail. Open to learning, receptive to feedback, and focused on client service. Strong organizational skills with a commitment to high-quality work. Schedule & Work Location: Full-time position Monday - Friday, 9-hour shift In-person work in Glastonbury, CT 06033 Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work Benefits: 401(k) with matching Dental, health, vision, and life insurance Health savings account Paid time off
