Executive Recruiter Responsibilities
Work with Account Managers to understand the needs of our clients Source and Screen for multiple Qualified Candidates for each assigned positions Assist candidate through interview process by providing additional information and follow up Input Candidates into internal tracking and database system Meet or exceed monthly goal expectations for revenue and candidate submittals
Required Skills
A strong work ethic and sense of commitment A successful track record in Recruiting / Staffing Previous history of exceeding personal individual goals while working in a team environment Able to work in a very fast-paced, dynamic environment Ability to build lasting relationships built on honesty and integrity Excellent communication and customer service skills Bachelor’s Degree preferred
