Lead Installer – Fireplaces and Outdoor Kitchens
Pay: $23–$24/hour (potential to earn more!)
Location: Indianapolis, IN
What You’ll Do
Load, inspect, and install products with care and accuracy. Ensure job site readiness and complete installations on the first visit. Communicate effectively with customers and team members. Train and mentor Installation Assistants. Follow safety and installation policies at all times.

Experience with fireplace installation. Team-oriented with strong attention to detail. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
