Overview
We are seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant (LAA) to support a team of attorneys. This 4-person Business Litigation LAA group by handling key administrative and legal tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Legal and Administrative Support: Prepare, modify, and e-file legal documents. Manage both electronic and paper files; organize client records. Process incoming and outgoing mail. Coordinate schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and expense reports. Handle calls, client interactions, and meeting logistics. Billing and Expense Management: Record and submit daily time entries. Process expense reimbursements. Assist with client billing, track budgets, and provide financial updates. General Support: Collaborate with colleagues across the firm. Help other Legal Admin Assistants as needed and perform additional assigned duties. Qualifications
Required: High School diploma or equivalent. 3–4 years of legal administrative experience. Must have business litigation experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and iManage Work. College or business school education, preferred. About the Client
