Multi-State legal recoveries Firm is seeking a clerical worker to support the Human Resources Department.
Responsible for:
- Scanning and filing documents
- Maintaining employee records
- Reviewing employment applications
- Scheduling phone screens, interviews, and new hire orientations
- Ensuring all pre-employment documents and screenings are complete prior to date of hire
- Conducting and responding to employment verification requests
- Working with relevant internal partners to ensure new hire workspace, equipment, and access is prepared prior to date of hire
- Processing hires in internal systems of record
- Preparing monthly employee communications
- Assisting Executive Admin team with building maintenance as needed
- Completing special projects as assigned by the Senior Manager, Human Resources
Qualifications:
- One (1) year general office/clerical support
- Willing to assist where needed
- Strong attention to detail
- Team player who is also able to work well independently
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
