Position: Millwork Project Manager
Compensation: $60-90k (negotiable based upon experience)

Our client specializes in crafting custom-themed environments and specialty items for high-profile entertainment and retail spaces, focusing on creating visually immersive experiences. They are known for their work on large-scale projects where creativity and detailed craftsmanship are crucial.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Wood Technology, Engineering, Building Science, or a relevant field. PMP or equivalent certification, or an equivalent combination of experience and education. 5 years of experience in commercial millwork is highly desirable. Strong time management and critical thinking skills are essential. Leadership and excellent communication skills are mandatory. Ability to read architectural drawings/blueprints. Experience with creative and themed projects is a plus. Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat. Ability to estimate time and material requirements for assigned work projects. Experience in supervising the work of others.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of the building process, from final contract until project completion. Plan, budget, manage, and document all aspects of assigned projects. Drive performance, reduce variation, decrease waste, increase speed, and champion continuous improvement principles. Provide regular updates and ongoing analysis of each project to the leadership team. Serve as the primary liaison between our client and subcontractors for assigned projects. Work closely with the production team and actively participate in the manufacturing process and quality control. Manage vendor performance to ensure compliance with contractual requirements, regulations, and client expectations. Develop new opportunities by maintaining and expanding existing client relationships and establishing new ones.
