Ensuring safety compliance, quality control, and operational efficiency are key priorities.
Job Responsibilities: Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the production team. Oversee all stages of the cold-form steel process to ensure seamless coordination and efficiency. Monitor and optimize productivity, quality, and on-time delivery performance indicators. Develop and implement strategies to optimize resource allocation, production efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Identify and execute long-term initiatives to improve production processes and achieve business objectives. Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment. Maintain rigorous quality control measures throughout the production process. Provide clear updates on production goals, performance metrics, and project status to stakeholders. Identify and resolve production bottlenecks and challenges to maintain operational efficiency. Guide and mentor production staff to enhance skills and performance. Work closely with engineering, procurement, and finance departments to streamline workflows.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred. Proven leadership experience in manufacturing or construction, with a focus on production management.
