The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential roofing sales, with a proven ability to assess roofing needs, provide tailored solutions, and close sales efficiently. This role offers high earning potential for top performers, with qualified leads provided—no cold calling required. Candidates must be driven, ethical, and ready to excel in a competitive environment.
Job Responsibilities: Follow up on provided leads and schedule appointments with potential customers. Conduct thorough roof inspections to assess damage, necessary repairs, or new installation needs. Educate homeowners on roofing options, materials, and pricing. Provide accurate and detailed estimates for roofing services. Present and close sales using effective communication and negotiation skills. Maintain relationships with customers throughout the sales and installation process. Collaborate with the project management team to ensure successful job completion. Stay up to date on industry trends, roofing materials, and local building codes.
Qualifications: Minimum Roofing Sales experience of 3 years Proven 30 percent close ratio retail and insurance Previous experience in sales, preferably in roofing, construction, or home improvement. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to assess roofing needs and provide solutions tailored to customer requirements. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
