Vice President of Clinical (VPC)
Salary: $92k - 105k monthly bonus opportunities
Location: Work from Home
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Core Business Hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with flexibility)
Travel: Up to 75% (local, out-of-town, or state travel by car)
About The Role
The Vice President of Clinical (VPC) is responsible for overseeing clinical operations within an assigned geographic region. This leadership role ensures high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and the professional development of clinical staff. The VPC will also collaborate with leadership to drive operational excellence, employee engagement, and quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to Directors of Nursing (DONs) and Clinical Managers (CMs). Promote employee engagement and retention within the clinical team. Evaluate individual and team performance, providing coaching and development plans. Oversee competency and training programs to ensure consistency and effectiveness. Collaborate with leadership to standardize clinical processes and best practices. Develop and review policies and procedures to maintain compliance with State, Federal, and Accreditation standards. Oversee the Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) program for assigned offices. Identify clinical and quality metric trends and implement corrective actions. Manage plans of correction and quality initiatives to ensure continuous improvement. Conduct on-site office assessments as directed by the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO). Partner with the Vice President of Operations (VPO) to align clinical and operational goals. Support new office openings and oversee their development and success. Maintain professional, responsive, and effective communication with staff and leadership. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications
Required: RN Nursing Degree with an unencumbered RN license in the state of employment or Multi-State License (Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact) Minimum 5 years of clinical management experience Strong knowledge of home care regulations and federal requirements Proven leadership and customer service skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to travel up to 75% within West FL Region Preferred: Exceptional organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Strong presentation and communication abilities Experience in leadership, training, and mentoring Forward-thinking problem solver with a proactive approach
