Job Responsibilities
15 years of B2B hardware sales experience
- Minimum of 8 years in sales management leading to senior leadership roles
- Revenue responsibility of £25m annually
- Experience in at least one (Defense, Automation, Medical, Energy, Transport, Communications, Leisure)
- Experience in OEM specialized computing or related electronics technologies
- Strategic Leadership skills, with go-to-market creation, execution and tracking of sales strategy
- Excellent people management skills
- Change management skills, with proven ability to bring a team/company on a journey to realize their ambitions through sustained growth
- Reporting and analytical skills
- Proven customer-service skills that develop effective and lasting relationships
- Confident and professional presenter and communicator that engages with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
