Warehouse Admin
Location: Irving. TX
Job type: Full time
What You’ll Do
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the QUE in Eclipse
- Assign tickets to associates; Distribute workload equally
- Track equipment repairs; Coordinate preventive maintenance
- Answer phones and resolve wire issues with Will Call, Sales and Counter Sales
- Distribute Hot Shot and PK’s orders
- Error reconciliation
- Reports and Cycle Counts
- Record and report all freight discrepancies
- All other duties as assigned
What You Bring
- Computer literate
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Good writing, analytical problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Knowledge of principles and practices of organization, planning, records management and general administration
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years clerical or administrative experience
