As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team. In-home sales experience is preferred. If you do not have in-home sales, but have strong face to face customer selling experience, we encourage you to apply. This is a real opportunity to earn between $80,000 to $150,000 per year or more, with many in our network surpassing $200,000 annually. As a Sales Representative, you will have the chance to run company-provided leads and close sales in the crawl space and basement waterproofing field. What You Would Do:
- Meet with homeowners and close sales on pre-qualified, company-generated leads
- Carefully examine the customer's home to accurately diagnose the issues
- Provide necessary recommendations to the customer that will resolve such issues
- Write proposals for each customer account, including photographs, instructions, diagrams, pricing lists, and job worksheets
- Negotiate contracts, process payments and file paperwork for scheduling of projects
- Utilize strong listening, follow-up, and closing skills to meet customer needs
- Demonstrate proficiency working with computer software and attention to detail
- Meet or exceed sales goals
What We Need:
- Minimum 1 year of recent outside sales experience
- In-home sales experience in the residential real estate, construction, or home improvement industry, preferred
- Comfortable with 100% commission-based income
- Strong ethics, high integrity, and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Ability to walk, climb a ladder, kneel, and crawl
- Being able to and comfortable with entering crawl spaces and basements
- A valid driver's license and a safe driving record, required
