Crazy Mountain Ranch is a project by Lone Mountain Land Company (LMLC) that manages the planning, entitlement, building, marketing, and sale of premier real estate communities around Big Sky, Montana.
Position Summary:
The Front of House Manager is responsible for supervising and overseeing all Front-Of-House (FOH) operations in conjunction and collaboration with the Back-Of-House (BOH) team to ensure our members and guests experience is always up to Crazy Mountain Ranch’s standards.

Job Duties:
- Meet and greet members and guests with a smile and positive cheerful attitude.
- Provide exceptional member and guest service, thereby setting the standard for all employees.
- Perform opening, mid and closing shift duties.
- Manage daily operations including cleanliness, organization, revenue opportunities and staffing.
- Possess a knowledge and familiarity with the restaurant’s point-of-sale system as well as club management database programs.
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment in facilitating staffing management.
- Identify ways to improve
- Monitor staff performance and hold staff accountable for their performance, ensuring guest's experiences meet’s Crazy Mountain Ranch’s standards.
- Supervise and manage Front-Of-House Staff.
- Observe employees to ensure the safe service of alcohol.
- Manage supplies, deliveries and inventory for all alcoholic and non-alcohol beverages.
- Participate in on-going education and certifications for staff.

- Strong knowledge and high level of computer expertise, including Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Publisher) with the ability to independently create and manage spreadsheets.

- Must possess strong leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to build relationships and manage staff (at all levels).

- Flexibility of hours and willingness to work more than 40 hours per week, including holidays and weekends on a regular basis
